How is your service free?
The initial statement review is free. We may receive an introducer fee from Dojo if you sign up through us. Payment services, devices and additional work have their own quoted charges.
Will there be any downtime when I switch?
We help plan the move to minimise disruption. Keep the existing service available until the new setup and test transactions are complete; uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
Am I locked into a long contract?
The term, renewal and cancellation conditions depend on your Dojo agreement. We explain them before you decide; do not assume a rolling or cancel-anytime contract.
What if you can't save me money?
We'll tell you honestly. If your current deal is competitive, we'll confirm that and offer to review again in 6 months when rates may have changed. There's never any pressure to switch.
How quickly can I get set up?
We agree the setup plan once your application and equipment requirements are understood. Approval, delivery and integrations can affect the go-live date.
What payment technology do you recommend?
We work with Dojo as an independent introducer. Dojo provides the payment service; Time Consulting helps you assess the proposal and plan your setup.
